I could brag all day about Cascade Spa—the experience was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a luxurious escape. The amenities are unreal—seriously, I felt like a kid in a waterpark, trying everything and loving every second of it. The massage was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. That said, I got a little too excited and overdid it in the hot springs, which left me feeling dizzy and sick for a short while, right before my massage. But here's where this spa truly sets itself apart: Dalyn and her team were amazing. I wish I could give them a million stars. Their care went far beyond customer service—it was genuine, human compassion. Dalyn stayed by my side, made sure I was okay, and I could tell she truly cared about my well-being. I felt safe, supported, and incredibly grateful. This is by far the best spa experience in Portland, and I can’t recommend it enough. Whether you're going to relax or indulge in every amenity, you’re in the best hands here. Thank you, Cascade Spa—and thank you, Dalyn!

My review pertains to a springs visit only. Check in and out was super easy, the facilities beautiful, and everything was thought out really thoroughly when creating this place. I loved the silent level and people were really compliant about it. Even the "social" areas were subdued, so I really liked that because I could enjoy those spots too. Staff were helpful and friendly. You're provided towels and flip flops for your visit. The toiletries were nice and I liked the simplicity of the shower fixtures and full length doors for the showers and toilets. My only complaint is that there aren't purchasing options for a longer visit or to add hours onto the visit. Needless to say, I'll definitely visit again.

This place is such a vibe! Everything is clean, everyone is friendly and helpful and the underground pool area is beyond amazing! I left feeling more relaxed than I have been in ages! If you've ever wanted to just listen to calming tones and soak; this place is a must! And the social area with all the plants feels like you're basking in nature, but without getting rained on. 😊
