Useful hotel and spa with pool handy for Pavia (worth a visit if unfamiliar) Access down a lane and entry gate with microphone.Reception professional and room ok with ok breakfast. Car park a short walk. Attractive grounds and swimming,pre bookable.Relaxing atmosphere ,have been before.Like the place.
Rooms acceptable, even if quite old - but not so clean. Warm welcoming, appreciated, and restaurant is very good. One important improvement could be the way to indicate the entrance : difficult to find by night. Didn't go to the spa and swimming pool so no comments on that.
Quite disappointed with this hotel. Room is extremely small, one person can barely walk around the bed. Shower is also very small (and I am not a big man). WiFi needs upgrade, laptop was constantly losing connection. Location is isolated and although it might be interesting in summer in autumn (November) it is very empty and sad. Breakfast is very basic and bread was few days old. In general not worth the money.
