Casita Playa Del Parque

The location was perfect (close to many shops, restaurants, bars, and dive shops), and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of! Huge shoutout to Darwin, Karen, Maileen, and the rest of the staff, you’re all so friendly and amazing! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with strong AC, and the rooftop has beautiful views of the sea. The staff will pick you up and drop you off at the airport, and also help you book tours and activities. In addition, they have golf carts on site for you to rent which was very convenient. While my friend was at a dive, Darwin even took it upon himself to help her book her ferry ticket to Caye Caulker while she was away. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Great place, great location, great hosts! Myself and a couple of friends stayed here for a week, while we were exploring Belize, and a fantastic time at Casa del Rai. Our hosts Aileen, Randy and Darwin were amazing...friendly, accommodating and full of suggestions on local options. From local restaurants, fishing guides, snorkeling options their info was very helpful. The rooms were clean and in great shape and everything functioned as it should. The rooftop pool and patio offered great views and respite from the heat. The location is just a block away from the beach and many restaurant/bar locations, along with a number of fishing and snorkeling guides. We took advantage of their on-site golf cart rental, to make traveling around the caye simple and efficient. As noted in other reviews, the only negatives are from exterior sources outside of the establishments control, noise from street traffic and local dogs. Just bring some white noise or earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper and you're set. I would 100% stay here on another visit, thanks Casa del Rai!

Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. We also felt secure and appreciated being able to rent a cart from them that could be parked behind the gate.
