Stayed here for a 3-day weekend with my wife. Brenda and Fernanda went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Valet parking is included and the cars are parked in a private parking garage with attendants and in/out gate arms. The location is unbeatable: 10-min walks to just about anything you want to eat or see. Unfortunately, we did not join the breakfast or brunch on Sunday due to timing conflicts. Will def come back to stay here. This bldg is a little part of Qro’s history! Ask Brenda for a entire tour of the property and about the property’s history.
We loved our stay here. The location is ideal. The service was great (knowing that I was going to show up before check-in time, they emailed me to say they would try to have the room ready early, and they did). The rooms were elegant, super-clean, and very, very quiet.
This place is hidden gem. Work brought me to Queretaro and we couldn't have found a better place. The rooms were great, very unique and the staff was absolutely terrific. The hotel is very quiet and clean with a great little breakfast; as a bonus, the coffee was terrific. We didn't realize there was a rooftop bar area so we missed that the first night but made up for it on the second. We'll definitely be staying here again. I can't recommend this place enough.
