Clean rooms with great service and amazing decor, although the towels are a little rough. Nice balcony bar, but not much of a view unless you go to the rooftop. The hotel itself is beautiful and intricate and has great food, but the location is a little far from the zocolo, making it a little less convenient. The rooms also are either insanely spacious or kinda tight- not much in between.

Rooms were great. However suites don't get air conditioning while the regular rooms do. Great service. If you have a wedding there though the recommend a very incompetent dj that won't listen to any of the texts you send them, completely ignored timestamps and our entire list of songs to play at the reception. Also they messed up the cake, we asked for a chocolate caramel cake and they gave us a chocolate with a weird white frosting cake. Other than that pretty good. Beautiful place. Great hotel staff

we stayed there 3 weeks ago, the hotel is nice , with an inner garden/patio, and the rooms have windows facing the inner garden. unfortunately no fresh air comes in the room. The room was small, could not fit our luggages ( for 2 persons). the bathroom was good size and had a small window. The rooms were very clean. the breakfast which was included in price was the continental one , but we ordered omelet which was very tasty. unfortunately the staff in the breakfast area spoke very little english ! The hotel was a bit far away from center, approx. 15 minutes walk.
