I had an amazing experience at Cassia Bintan! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. They always greeted me with a smile and were happy to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The overall design of the room was stylish and calming. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I’m a longtime regular guest at Cassia Bintan because it offers a value-for-money stay without compromising on comfort, cleanliness, or service. It’s a great choice for families with kids, couples, and groups of friends alike. The breakfast spread is wonderful, and the beach is private and clean. Since Cassia Bintan is owned by Banyan Tree, you can also request shuttle services between all Banyan Tree properties for spa treatments and even fitness activities. Special shoutout to the wonderful staff at Cassia Bintan — Tasia, Sela, and Ana — for their outstanding service, and to Dinesh, the Banyan Tree yoga and wellness teacher, for his thoughtful yoga and sound bath classes. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Wonderful stay! A very recommended choice of resort in Lagoi, Bintan. We booked a garden view 2-bedroom apartment. It was lovely, overlooking the beach of Lagoi. Food was amazing and the staff were all sincere and nice. The road map of the buildings was a bit confusing, though.
