Cassia Phuket part of Banyan Group

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, offering a great variety. Although the beach requires a short boat ride, the location is still very convenient and scenic. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Stayed in one bedroom loft, loved the rooms, wish I had taken some photos though. Staff were helpful and friendly, there was a slight delay during my check-in but that got resolved quite quickly. Hotel provided a shuttle to Jungceylon for THB100 at set times, which is relatively affordable considering the distance. Breakfast was rock solid, with daily themed buffet dinners. It’s also family-friendly as well, with a nanny service and a playroom. While I did enjoy my stay, I would recommend Cassia to folks who are looking for a quiet family resort style stay.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bedding was clean and cozy, allowing me to get a good night’s rest each day. Overall, everything was well-maintained, and I would gladly stay here again.
