The little manager Ni-Nee has a warm, bright, and genuinely enthusiastic personslity! she makes every guest feel welcome and at home. Going above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable and well cared for, i admire her natural charm, warmth and sincere hospitality. She’s exactly the kind of manager who turns a good hotel into a great one! Highly recommended, spacious rooms, sound-proof. With great management!

I recently stayed at Cassia and had intended to share my feedback privately. However, after receiving no response to my detailed email sent to management, I feel compelled to share my experience here so that others are aware and the hotel may take this more seriously. At check-in, the front desk appeared overwhelmed due to a large group arriving before me. While I understand the operational pressure that comes with peak times, it is still the responsibility of the staff to maintain professionalism. Unfortunately, the staff member who handled my check-in allowed her frustration to surface during our interaction. Though the process was completed correctly, she forgot to give me my drink vouchers, which I had to request myself later that evening. Throughout my stay, I found the staff interactions generally lacking in maturity and professionalism. While I appreciate a more relaxed and casual service style, this should not come at the expense of basic courtesy and guest care. Every staff member should be able to carry out their duties with a polite and composed demeanor. That was not consistently the case. Breakfast service was another disappointment. I arrived at 06:40 and there was no staff presence to receive or guide guests. A trainee eventually appeared but seemed untrained and unsure of what to do. When I asked where I should sit, she consulted a kitchen staff member who also seemed uninformed. Eventually another staff member arrived and simply told me to sit anywhere. Meanwhile, the buffet was not fully set up, with some food items only brought out during my meal. There were also multiple small issues that pointed to a lack of attention to detail, such as food labels placed incorrectly, buffet utensils missing, and shared serving tools arranged in ways that did not consider ease of use. Even if the hotel is newly opened, this level of disorganization and lack of preparedness is not acceptable. A new opening should come with close oversight and a high standard of service delivery. What I encountered instead was disjointed execution and minimal staff coordination. I had hoped that sharing this feedback privately would allow the hotel to improve quietly and directly. Since I received no reply or acknowledgment, I have chosen to share this publicly. I hope this review is taken seriously and used constructively. The property has potential, but unless service standards improve significantly, I cannot recommend it.

The worst stay we have had in Bangkok. Pictures speak for themselves don’t trust the fake 5 star reviews. Hotel does not clean the rooms Properly- we had hair from previous guests on the bed, garbage on the floor, dust and dirt everywhere, stained sheets. Loud noises from the hallway make it impossible to sleep The hotel is only suitable for low budget travellers who are used to 2 star hotels. Hotel is not 4 star, 3 star at best. Property is also under construction still (we were not informed of this. Lobby area has lighting and AC problems, expect loud noises. Edit due to managements response: notice the last picture I posted no reply from your team when I told them about all the issues… yet in public you want to pretend like you care. Management does not take accountability for these issues on site. Your AC panel outside the room was missing which is why the noise was louder. Pure negligence. I couldn’t help but notice you didn’t mention anything about my comments regarding the garbage and hair in our room from the previous guests? I was told the GM would call us to address the concerns we faced we waited 24 hours this did not happen. We checked out after one day due to the lack of respect, cleanliness and the fact that the hotel shipped not be operational in its current state. Regarding the price- even though we had hair and garbage in our room you expect us to stay? This response alone proved new management is required or Banyan group should Consider to remove its name from this property. L Do better Joe.
