I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff gave me conflicting information throughout my stay, and I was checked out without being informed, which was very frustrating. On my first day, I also received no information about my allowance or hotel amenities. ✨️However, I want to highlight the great service from other staff members. The bellmen, door attendants, restaurant servers, and chefs were excellent — friendly, helpful, and professional. They made our stay much more enjoyable.✨️☺️ Overall, while the front desk service needs improvement in communication and consistency, the hospitality from the rest of the staff was truly appreciated.
Had a layover at the hotel. The rooms were good and spacious. Staff were professional also. The hotel is within 10mins drive to the airport and walkable distance to basic amenities within the city. Could be noisy also
“Terrible front desk service. They kept calling at inappropriate times, even late at night and during rest hours. I had already booked and paid, yet they tried to force me to leave because they double-booked the same room for someone else — a mistake completely on their end. Extremely unprofessional and disruptive experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.”
