Cassisi Hotel

Beautiful, cozy hotel in the heart of Milazzo! Although we only stayed here for one night (on our way to Lipari), we really enjoyed this hotel--and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived late on a Saturday night, checked in, and then explored some of the restaurants downtown. The staff even provided us with some recommendations, which were fantastic! The location of the hotel is very convenient--it's right next to many restaurants and bustling night life. Plus, it is less than 5 minutes away from the Liberty Lines hydrofoil. Milazzo is very walkable and the hotel is also along a walkway overlooking the water--very beautiful and a great walk on Sunday mornings. The hotel itself is beautiful--clean, modern. Our room was on the second floor and very nice; queen-sized bed, bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. They provide plenty of toiletries and a great selection of tea/hot drinks and snacks in the room as well. The view from the room was fantastic as well--we had a great view of the port towards the Aeolian Islands and also a nice view over part of Milazzo. Breakfast was great--so much wonderful food! And the staff are always ready to make you a fresh cappuccino as well in the morning. Our only regret--we wish we were there longer! Great hotel, great value, convenient location, wonderful staff. Great position for everything in Milazzo. Room facilities top notch, staff helpful, good breakfast.

Hotel is rated as 4 *. Rooms are quite compact. Shower area is more compact 😄. You end up hitting your elbows around the enclosure. Hotel location is great. Breakfast has only boiled eggs, packed biscuits, readymade bakery products, cereals. No complimentary water bottles. Probably I'm expecting too much and im unaware on how the hotel ratings are decided in Italy, but this certainly didn't seem like a 4*.
