My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we left. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server Benedict was gracious and accommodating, ensuring every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. They made us feel like VIPs Thanks to all the staff Members that made my husbands bithday extra special Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! Complements to the Chef. They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The fillet was especially memorable. Must try!” Casta Diva is a true hidden gem. I highly recommend it
My favorite place in the area. Been there in the past and just recently (see pics). Staff's friendliness and service orientation is overwhelming. The place is safe and quiet. Ambiance is elegant and cosy at the same time. Parking is easy, rooms vary as per the boutique style of the house. I love the pool, the food, the overall style and the great hospitality of everyone and it's the place to come down after a hard day. Go and enjoy!
I had been in contact with Casta Diva since February to arrange accommodation for approximately 40 guests over two nights for my wedding in November. I consolidated all bookings into one bulk reservation to make the process easier for the venue. In early July, after confirming all details with my guests and physically going to Casta Diva to meet the team and ensure all is still in order, I sent a final confirmation email and requested to make payment immediately. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took the venue over three weeks to respond. When they finally did, I was informed that room prices had increased from 1 August, despite my clear intention to pay weeks earlier and their lack of timely communication. When I called to address this, I dealt with an extremely unprofessional representative, Charles, who repeatedly stated that my booking was “too much effort” and would be “too much effort for housekeeping.” These comments were made on multiple occasions during the same call. Due to their poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and last-minute price change, I was left with no choice but to cancel the booking for 40 guests just three months before my wedding. I strongly advise sourcing accommodation elsewhere in the area to avoid similar treatment.
