The most wonderful venue and hotel. We hosted our wedding here, and it was absolutely incredible: stunning venue, amazing food, and wonderful staff. We’ve also stayed here as hotel guests on multiple locations, and it’s equally amazing. Great breakfast, nice rooms, super luxurious and spacious spa. In particular, want to thank some of the lovely staff: Khadim, Luca, Carlo, Maurizio and Brunella - we can’t wait to return!

Excellent service from start to finish, rooms are beautiful we had a free upgrade due to celebration trip. We booked the package for spa, over night stay and dinner. The spa was fantastic incredible views, beautiful clean facilities. The dinner I wouldn’t recommend due to the service at la Fucina. The best part of the stay was definitely the hotel and the spa, the staff at the hotel are very welcoming and knowledgeable especially Crystal who greeted us with a very warm welcome, Gloria who was knowledgeable and polite and Hugo who took us to our room and explained the history of the room to us. Very good breakfast also included. I would return and recommend!

Fabulous unique very Italian experience, immersed in history, style, impeccable service with a smile and tastefully renovated premises. The Spa centre is not to be missed as the place entices you to stay in its beauty, peace and quiet with a myriad of little nooks to relax in various ways… But a special mention to the lobby bar tender, not only was she friendly, very generous and a delight to talk to, she also created a most surprisingly delicious Christmas cocktail named ‘Rudolf’ which truly captured the essence of the season… So good in fact that we gobbled it down before we could snap a pic, see the empty glass for evidence!
