Best hotel I’ve been to in the area - great amenities for the entire family and close walk to everything. Food was excellent and we will be back again for two weeks next year.
great place ,great view, good staff
My family had a very bad experience at the place, it was the saturday night at the bar below our room and the music was very loud because some guests were having a private party. It was 10 PM and as we have 3 kids that couldn't sleep because of the loud sound, I went and asked the staff to tell the guests to stop the music. The staff didn't help at all, so I had to go and ask the guests to turn off the music, they didn't do it. I had to shout at them in a very rude manner and was just about to call the police, only that way I was able to get the guest to stop the music. The staff simply looked at the situation because "they were waiting for their manager to come". Regarding the rooms, the fridge is old and very noisy, the kitchen doesn't have a stove and the microwave didn't work, the knives didn't cut, everything seemed like second hand stuff. The bedrooms were OK though. There is also not enough space in the parking lot which is full of construction materials and equipment. The pool for the kids is not clean, it had some algae for the entire week we stayed.
