We had a wonderful stay at Castello Banfi — the property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan views. The service was top-notch throughout our visit; the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we didn’t get the Junior Suite we had booked. While the room we were given was still lovely, it was a bit disappointing not to receive the specific accommodation we had looked forward to. That said, the overall experience was still exceptional — we’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!
