I was here 8 years ago on my honeymoon and regret never leaving a review. This place is magical. The grounds are absolutely stunning. The staff treats you like royalty. I remember being treated so well, as if we were family. I didn’t feel well at all when we arrived late at night and they told us that they could have a doctor on site to come see me first thing in the morning. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. My husband and I were stunned with the beauty and modern luxury of the rooms. Throughout or lives my husband and I have been all over the world and hands down this is the best place we have been too. If I die and go to heaven, this would be heaven. I hope to go back again someday. Book this hotel, you will not regret it!

Yes, the views and Tuscan vibes were as dreamy as you’d imagine—rolling hills, golden sunsets, and that soft, honeyed light that makes everything feel like a painting—but what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth and care. The hospitality was impeccable—gracious, intuitive, and genuinely heartfelt. Every detail was attended to with such thoughtfulness that we felt truly seen and celebrated as guests. The property itself is a dream. Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, the estate strikes the perfect balance of historic charm and understated luxury. The rooms were phenomenally delightful—spacious, serene, beautifully appointed, and full of character. Every corner of the property feels like a moment of quiet elegance, from the lavender-lined paths to the cozy lounges and stunning pool views. And then—the food. Both restaurants were exceptional; we truly couldn’t choose a favorite. Every meal was a celebration of flavor, rooted in Tuscan tradition and prepared with artistry and soul. A special shout-out to Sommelier Alberto, whose passion and expertise brought each dining experience to life. His thoughtful recommendations made every pairing perfect. And we can’t forget Ramsey and Teo, who were absolute stars—warm, attentive, and always making us feel right at home. Their kindness and energy made each meal even more memorable. We left Castello di Casole feeling completely restored, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and deeply personal, but this is exactly that. Every moment—every view, every bite, every thoughtful gesture—was a reminder of how special this place truly is. Love, love, love. Castello di Casole is more than a destination—it’s a feeling, an experience, and a memory we’ll treasure forever. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

A magical stay in Tuscany that just keeps getting better with each visit. They’ve added new activities and experiences since my last visit and all the staff remembers your name. Breakfast was delicious. Emporio is superb. Many of the rooms are renovated too. Lots of hiking on property too! Best of the best.
