Staying here was a wonderful experience. The food was very good indeed and the service was friendly and relaxed. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony with good views. There is a viewing area at the top of the hotel giving a panoramic view.
This place does not deserve 5 stars. Rooms and location is really good. However the food for lunch was overly expensive for what you get. The breakfast was okay. The cooked breakfast was super oily and average. The overall experience was well below expectations.
We went for my sister’s graduation dinner and I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. I sent an email, they didn’t even bother acknowledging it. Very sad for a 5 star hotel
