I visited Castello di Vigoleno last November, and it felt like stepping into a fairy tale. This enchanting castle is truly a magical place that transports you to another era. The breathtaking architecture, surrounded by picturesque countryside views, makes you feel like royalty—like a princess in a storybook. The atmosphere was serene and absolutely captivating. Although the little restaurant inside wasn’t open during my visit, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They treated us to a delightful spread of local specialties—prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, fresh bread, and a glass of exquisite wine. This simple yet elegant offering felt like a royal feast, and the warmth of their hospitality made the experience even more special. It’s hard to put into words how emotional and unique this moment was—it’s something I’ll treasure forever. Castello di Vigoleno is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the area. The castle is well preserved it is a romantic place where to spend time with your partner , all around is surrounded by nature , the host it is one of the best I have ever met

One of the most beautiful little town to visit, rich in history & heritage place. It little streets are very charming. There is big car park at the bottom of the Borgo then a few steps on you find yourself submerged in this beautiful place. We went in a day out and had our picnic of panino and sat on the small peaceful corner with a view to have lunch, it truly was nice and relaxing.
