It's a straight out of a fairy tale Resort. Pebble beach, they do have their own private beach. We opted for the All Inclusive which made sense to us. Check out the Paragraph hotel as well, as an option, it seems to have more activities for kids. I would love to come here again for a summer break.
It is a nice hotel, the nature around is amazing, green hill on one side and beautiful mighty sea on the other side. Views from the rooms mind blowing... beauty from every angle. Rooms are giving a good combination of cosiness and space. Room service is also good. We went for all inclusive package and were ok with menu options / selection in the restaurant. Be mindful of non halal options and ask if you dont eat pork, sometimes the name will say mixed meat.... When it comes to service it can leave mixed feelings, in general Georgian people won't smile a lot and will be on the side of strict rules. But in general I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a good place to relax and rejuvenate.
Service was not up to standard of a 5 star hotel restaurant but was good for a 4 star establishment. Small details but I was expecting more. The food could have been better too. The location was great however
