Castelo Suites Hotel

We booked this hotel to spend our summer vacation and celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived just three days after it opened. It's understandable that the staff was nervous, but after a few days they improved. The rooms were phenomenal, the room service was phenomenal, and the food service was phenomenal, especially the lady at the omelette counter. Watching the sunset from the second pool was amazing. It's a shame they don't have the service activated in that area; they would have made more of it. The facilities are phenomenal. I suggest they should also have Spanish-speaking staff. And they should make the air conditioning in the rooms more powerful; it didn't reach 19 degrees, which is appreciated in this heat. I recommend them 100% and hope they continue to grow and improve! We will definitely be back. 🫶🏻

We booked two nights at this brand new, ideally located hotel! The hotel has excellent amenities. The staff is attentive and speaks English and Portuguese in most cases. The hotel also has two swimming pools with very comfortable lounge chairs! It's a great place to relax and it feels great! Breakfast is comprehensive. Unfortunately, our second night there was a power outage, which left a bitter taste in our mouths. I still recommend this high-quality establishment for its welcome, comfort, and quality of service. Some adjustments are to be expected, as always when a property opens.

Adorámos este recém inaugurado hotel. Localização perfeita e ambiente super tranquilo. Vista deslumbrante sobre a costa algarvia e o pôr do sol na piscina infinita, é magnífico. Quarto confortável e elegante. O serviço atencioso e profissional. Um hotel para ser vivido e disfrutado.
