Castilla Termal Brihuega

Hotel Castilla Termal exceeded all our expectations. We chose it for its proximity to the lavender fields, and it was a total success: the transfer service to the fields was punctual, comfortable, and very well organized. 🌿💜 From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were kind, efficient, and helped us with all our questions and plans. The atmosphere of the hotel conveys calm and attention to detail in every corner. The restaurant also deserves special mention: carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent service from the dining team. 🍷🥗 A relaxing and sensory experience, ideal for disconnecting and being pampered. We’ll definitely be back!

We visited Brihuega over the weekend for the lavender bloom and decided to have lunch at the Castilla Termal Hotel restaurant. It was an excellent choice. The service was outstanding from start to finish—very professional, attentive, and friendly staff. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, with well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere in the restaurant was spectacular, elegant and peaceful—perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The hotel itself also impressed us with its attention to detail and the impeccable service from the entire team. Without a doubt, a place we will return to. Highly recommended—both the restaurant and the hotel!

A charming hotel, but with some aspects that need improvement. The common areas lacked cleanliness, with many cobwebs and visible dust — surprising for a hotel of this level. On the positive side, the food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, and the service at the restaurant and bar was outstanding: professional, friendly, and attentive. A stay with ups and downs that could be exceptional with better maintenance.
