Nice hotel, friendly staff. The pool is nice and the hotel was very empty when we were there which was surreal but relaxing. The AC works great, nice bathrooms and other amenities like steam room, sauna, and included breakfast. The included breakfast was great, many options of very good quality both Khmer and western. My group half Khmer and half from the US and everyone was pleased with the food. The staff The river is nice and accessible. Lots of water sport activities available.
- Room: clean and modern - Service: very good, staffs are polite - Location: located closed to town and connected to the river - Food: a delicious food with ASEAN and Western taste. Breakfast buffet will provide on the holiday, otherwise you can order individually on weekday but you can order as many as you like.
The room and environment are nice, and the restaurant and gym are also good. However, I suggest that the front desk staff receive proper training before handling customer interactions, rather than arguing with guests.
