Castle Hotel Autograph Collection

On August 1st, my church hosted its annual dinner banquet at Castle Hotel. I began working with Kaylee, after which Macrena assumed responsibility for the planning and preparation of our event. I was genuinely impressed throughout the entire process. Their prompt replies to our numerous emails and their attention to detail on the day of the banquet were commendable. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed themselves and really loved the location. I definitely recommend this venue for future events and will be returning next year.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The property is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are truly charming—very comfortable and thoughtfully designed to create a pleasant atmosphere. However, the major disappointment was the additional charge for parking. In this area, where there are many hotel options, it’s common for parking to be included in the room rate. Considering that this is already a high-end hotel with expensive rooms, the extra parking fee felt excessive and disappointing. This is a premium tourist destination, frequented by international visitors, and details like this can negatively impact the overall experience. While the hotel itself is excellent in terms of comfort and design, they should really reconsider their parking fee policy.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was mixed. 👍 Pros: • Great location — walking distance to the aquarium and just minutes away from the park we needed, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. • Cute and cozy rooms — nicely designed and fairly clean. • Decent pool — a nice option to relax after a long day. 👎 Cons: • Parking is $35 per night, which is outrageous. If I had known that in advance, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. • The comforters definitely need replacing — the filling inside was clumped and uneven. • No housekeeping during our stay, even though we stayed more than one night — which is unusual and disappointing. • The hotel doesn’t live up to its 4-star rating, at least not in terms of service or comfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.
