⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay – True Irish Hospitality at Its Finest My wife and I, along with another couple, recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Castlemartyr Resort—and what an extraordinary experience it was from start to finish! The resort itself is stunning, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the impeccable service and genuine warmth of the staff. Special recognition must go to Gerald Murphy, Head Concierge, and his outstanding team—Paul, Jerry, and James—who went above and beyond to take care of every detail of our trip. From arranging daily transportation, restaurants, and tours, to making sure we felt welcome and cared for at every turn, they were nothing short of amazing. But it was Gerald’s help on the day of our checkout that we will never forget. That morning, one of our friends became very ill and was in significant pain. Gerald immediately stepped in—arranging a doctor’s visit in Midleton, personally driving us there, and later guiding us to the hospital in Cork when further care was needed. Throughout a long and stressful day, Gerald kept in close contact, offering support and making sure we were never alone in navigating the situation. To top it all off, after we missed our flight home to Chicago due to the unexpected hospital visit, Gerald had already arranged for us to stay another night at the resort—without us even asking. His kindness, foresight, and professionalism were absolutely remarkable. The Castlemartyr Resort isn’t just a luxurious destination—it's a place where people truly care. We’re incredibly grateful for the team there, especially Gerald, and we cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Thank you, Castlemartyr, for a trip we will always remember!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My husband had a health issue while we were visiting and Gerald (concierge manager) went an above and beyond to get him the health care he needed. Robert Dabrowski a local taxi driver picked us up at the train station and continued to help us thru out our stay. He recommended restaurants and drove us to Dublin when we missed our train. He has wonderful sense of humor and was very kind and helpful to us.

We just spent 2 amazing nights in Castlemartyr Resort. We will definitely be back. It is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room was fabulous. Food was delicious. And as for the staff! Each and every member of staff we met was so friendly, efficient and helpful. Particularly the duty manager, Trevor and the lovely Paul. But absolutely every staff member were brilliant. Can’t wait until the next time we visit this beautiful resort.
