Beautiful location. Service was top notch, they were able to accommodate us despite issues with booking and made it work. Food from restaurant both for breakfast and dinner were great. There was no fan, however, my mom did complain of the heat inside the room but I was tolerant of the temperature. Kept the window open all night and it worked. Place was clean and well serviced, well kept. No fridge in the room but you can grab things from the bar. Will stay again.
Service, location, scenery, facilities, meals, everything was superb. Only thing I would say is that our family room had no storage to put our stuff (and we are 4). Also, no fridge in the room (although we took the family package that includes breakfast and dinner). But this is nothing comparing with the unmatched service and dreamy place for all of us. Irish are so easy going!
I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel – the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. After I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my rain jacket in the room. I exchanged a few emails with Miguel, who was extremely kind and quick to help. He arranged to have the jacket sent back to me, which I really appreciated. I’d be happy to stay here again anytime.
