Castor & Pollux Hotel

First time I saw a hotel where the floors are going down and the building itself is inside the rock! Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. If you want to have a great view better to take a superior room - you will have a panoramic view of the whole city. Even if you're not lucky with the room - you will get a great view at breakfast. Breakfast is not big and the variety of dishes is quite simple but it's more than enough. You can take omelette, sausages and grilled vegetables; cottage cheese with yogurt, sour cream and some cheeses, kolbasa, fruits. Rooms are clean, newly renovated, AC is very quiet and sound isolation of the windows is good. Nice soft towels. But there was no toothbrush and paste in the room (maybe you need to ask for it at reception)

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it was a good experience overall. There are some things I found lacking, I will add them as the last recommendation. The location is not too far from the center, but we could easily reach it at any time of the day with Bolt taxi. The hotel reception and the cleaning staff were very polite. They tried to help with everything. They provided all the services I wanted. Things I found lacking and recommended to be fixed: - There was no hair dryer. I think this is a big deficiency. They can add this. - The shower cabin consists of half a glass. It does not have a door, so when you take a shower, it floods everywhere 😂 Thanks for everything, we were satisfied in general.

It is not a 4* hotel by any means. Instead of a room with land view, it was a underground room with no view. No hair dryer, no tooth set, no soap, no active tv in the room. Safe box was destroyed and technical man could not fix it and there was not another else to replace. Breakfast was not so good, a small table of limited items to choose. The hotel is located on a hill and the paths leading to the hotel are steep. …. The only good thing about the hotel was the cleanliness of the room.
