The hotel is really nice. Breakfast is good and location is ideal. What it's not ok is the the elastic-free mattress cover that leaves it uncovered with every movement; I personally don't like rubbing my face on the mattress where 1000 people before me have done the same. I could accept it in a cheap hostel but not in a 4 stars hotel. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice as well.
This hotel should have more stars, but when a certain member of staff is rude, the rooms are nice well equipped shower and bathrooms are great. Everything is spotlessly clean. My main problem is the air-conditioning is set to 26.5°C when it is nearly 30 outside this is not nice. I was told to open the window and turn off the air conditioning because it is set that way until a set date in May.
The hotel overall is OK, but there have been unfortunately a few items to improve: 1. Reception was not occupied when arriving, so we had to wait 10 minutes. 2. Bar closing very early, no option to get late drinks/food. 3. Room has/had no water, coffee, tea, utilities - only empty fridge. 4. First night, no towels were available (at least for 2 of our group of 4). 5. Windows are not blocking sound from the streets. The breakfast is OK, but coffee machines require some upgrades also. Gym can be used but equipment is also not maintained - Sauna and Steam are small but nice. Otherwise, garden / decoration is nice. Small insects were spotted in the room..
