Casual Belle Epoque Lisboa Hotel

Truly a perfect stay! Cyril saved me and my friend when we were stranded with no place to stay during a heatwave in early August. He kept the mood up by being kind and funny despite my state and showed me the options for my room considering it was so last minute. He arranged our rooms last minute for 6 (!) nights. We were on the first floor for the first night and then the third floor. The rooms were very clean and cute. The room on the first floor was smaller but cozy with a small bathroom. On the third floor the room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The balcony doors have another set of doors and double curtains for soundproofing so we had no issue sleeping. We also didn’t hear anyone in the hotel. No construction going on. We even had a lovely balcony with great views that span from our room to the bathroom. A lovely way to cool down after a long day out in the blistering heat! Ofc there was also an AC. Furthermore, the location is fantastic and everyone is extremely kind. I would gladly stay here again if I return to lisbon!

Great hotel, location is fantastic, walking distant to lots of attractions, restaurants. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. I specifically dealt with Carlos a lot, this guy is a real gem!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

Stay was a little under a year ago. We had issues with the bathtub - it wouldn't fully switch from the bath to the shower, meaning we had the tub running and low pressure from the faucet. This was fixed on the third day of our trip. The tub itself was deep and set high off the floor, making getting in and out a bit hazardous even for someone that's average height and able-bodied. Adding some stairs would help a lot, if that hasn't been done. That said, the staff was incredibly helpful, the location was great, the room was otherwise fine and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
