Stayed at this hotel to visit the Alhambra and it's a pretty good location for restaurants, market and just walking around. Staff was courteous and rooms were clean. Nice art on the wall which was interesting. Also has a nice terrace to watch the sun set. I would definitely return.

Amazing place to stay right on the bus stop for the line going directly to Alhambra! Room was really clean with lots of small things that you need on your visit! Also it has nice terrace on top to drink your morning coffee!

I don’t know how this is a 4-star hotel. The location is excellent, but that’s pretty much the only good thing about it. While most European hotels are quite small, this one is a decent size. The room we had was a comfortable size, and had a nice sized bathroom. However, the AC was broken and blowing warm air. In 90+ degree weather, we had to open our windows for a “cool breeze”. We informed the hotel staff, who said they would either fix it or give us a new room. When we returned later to the hotel and asked the man at the reception desk, he had no idea what we were talking about (we had previously discussed it with a different woman who was working the desk when we left for the day), and he informed us that they were booked so there was no other room he could give us and nothing he could do about the issue. It wasn’t fixed. We weren’t even offered a fan. We slept the evening with the windows opened and promptly checked out the next morning to stay at a different hotel, which was actually deserving of 4 stars. The worst part is that it was a nonrefundable room, and even tho we left bc of issues of the hotel that were out of our control, the staff didn’t seem to care, apologize for the inconvenience, or offer any type of refund. The receptionist seemed indifferent about our issues when we explained at checkout why we were leaving (had a reservation for 3 nights, left after day 1). Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find cheaper and better hotels in Granada.
