Casual Inca Porto Hotel

We stayed here as two guests and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. 🏨😊 We requested a room with two separate beds, and we were given a clean, comfortable room exactly as we asked — everything was just right. 🛏️✨ The decoration, atmosphere, and overall cleanliness of the hotel were excellent. The service quality was also top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. 👏🌿🧼 A special thank you to Joao, who went out of their way to help us — we truly appreciated the kindness and support. 🙌💛 One of the best things about this hotel is its location — it’s truly fantastic. 📍🌆 It’s right in the heart of the city center, which makes it easy to walk almost anywhere. You can explore the city on foot and return to your hotel comfortably at any time. 🚶‍♂️🗺️ We were very happy with our stay and are giving it a solid 5 out of 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The price was also quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, and the value for money was outstanding. You really get high-quality service at a fair price. 💸👌 Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Porto and looking for a clean, central, and welcoming place to stay. ✅🇵🇹

We just checked in, and on our first day after coming back from walk, we found our door to the room completely open. We asked before to repair broken shower and went to walk. Totally irresponsible behaviour of employee, instead of confirming that they did mistake and just forgot to close the door, convincing us that there could be some problem with door, and inside entire hotel only our door was left wide completely open. There are no security cameras inside this hotel anywhere, so anyone could easy go in and take anything from our things. And once again personnel totally refusing to take responsibility for mistake. My kind advise is: do NOT stay here. Any hostel will be safer and attitude more responsible.

Absolutely disgusting place. I went with my friend for a walk. And ask on reception to fix the bathroom, cos bathroom handle didn’t work. We came back after 4 hours and my hotel room was fully opened! I went to reception and they said “sorry, we don’t know, I’m closed the door and sometimes door battery can be low and door can be opened” I’m sorry, why so much lie ?! Which battery ?! I have in my room credit cards, passport and all my staff. And my door fully opened! What’s going on ?! Where is the point to lie if you did a mistake ?! 🤦so not recommending to come! Staff not even trying to help you!
