Rooms: Rooms are good and clean. Some rooms are not available on agoda however. If you like a room with seaview you need to book by phone. The room on the sea has a sakuzzi which is very nice. We booked a Standard vila room on Agooda. We did not know about the seaview room. They upgraded us for free on the second night to the sea view room, which usually is double the price. Exterior: The resort is s bit older Surroundings: It is 8km far away from any 7/11. A quiet place. They have a Restaurant with decent food. Since no 7/11 is around and if you like to save money on the restaurant, you can bring food with you. If you want to go around, a car would be good or they can organize a taxi. Staff: very, very friendly Main feature. Because the resort is a bit older and nothing is around, it lacks of customer. That is however a main feature, because it is very quiet and perfect for relax. No noise from other customer. We liked it. Pool: it would need a bit maintenance, however the pool was clean. Since there were not many customers we had the pool mostly to ourself. Conclusion. If you like privacy, that would be a perfect place. If you like to party or like crowds or other things like supermarkets nearby, this resort would not be good for that. Beach: Beach is fine. The beach in front of the hotel is more for walking than laying down. The beach is perfect directly on the side of the resort.

Amazing property, but it has been left run down. Garden looks great. Pool nice and big. Book online as their direct prices are higher.

This is not a 4 star hotel as rated on Agoda and Google. Maybe 2.5? The service was good, and the grounds are very large. The room interiors are large and clean, but a bit bare. Unfortunately, the exterior of the entire resort is very poorly maintained and slowly falling apart. Packs of wild dogs run freely around the dilapidated property. Staff burns piles of garbage right next to the outdoor lobby. Landscaping really needs some attention as well, there are many tall, beautiful trees, but the ground is mainly a lawn and a bunch of bear mud. All of the bungalows are in decent condition, but badly need a coat of paint. Breakfast only has one option, which was OK, but again not the level of a 4 star place. There is no beach, just a lawn overlooking the water. There are no amenities nearby, the entire neighborhood looks like an unfinished construction site and you have to drive at least 10 minutes to get to restaurants and cafés. Just not acceptable for the prices that they are charging. I hope they can get an investor in to renovate this hotel, because with a bit of maintenance it could be very nice.
