We’ve just returned from a wonderful vacation – it’s been about a week since we got back, and we still think back on it with great memories. We had a really great time. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the service. The room could perhaps use a little update, but overall, it was absolutely fine. The food was delicious, and there was a wide selection, so everyone could find something tasty to enjoy.

After reading so many of the latest comments… I can just agree with how unfriendly are the people who works there. The staff try so hard to sell us a membership and got rude when I refuse to get a membership!!! About the location, it’s beautiful, the beach is beautiful! About the food… my dad got food poisoning the first day! The food is definitely not a good quality, and the food is just sitting all day until someone take it :/ The drinks are with water… I do not recommend this hotel for sure.

Me and my girlfriend were offered a day pass in this hotel in order to be presented the rooms and the viva member program. Therefore we have no reason to be untruthful in the negatives. We honestly thought the infrastructure was very nice especially. The people that we interacted with were generally quite welcoming and friendly. We spoke only Spanish during our stay. The stores inside have higher prices than the stores in the walkway outside, of course, but have more different things if you’re interested in souvenirs. However, the food was quite meh and I am a person that will eat anything. But the two main problems for me were the INCREDIBLE quantity of bees especially in the central area of bar, pool, beach and restaurant. You could not sit in peace and drink or eat. Also, the beach is overfilled with beds without not even one beach umbrella. Zero sunshade. If you’re into becoming a big pepper then this place is for you. We honestly preferred spending our money outside and renting our personal umbrellas by the public beach which is also less filled of rocks than the big beach at the viva.
