Our favorite hotel! What makes the Gallery Hotel standout is their incredible staff. Every person working is beyond competent and goes out of their way to help with anything you need (no matter how bizarre the request). We hosted an entire wedding weekend at the Gallery Hotel and every one of our guests loved their stay. While the rooms aren’t the newest, they’re still more spacious than any in Europe and more importantly, they’re well thought out and comfortable. The beds and pillows are great, the air conditioning works well, and the hotel will send up anything you’re missing at any hour of the day. The biggest praise we can give is that even when we’re staying at luxury hotels across Europe, we compare everything to the Gallery Hotel. Nothing has come close to the level of care we received at the Gallery across our multiple stays there.

The location and the room was excellent and centrally located. I have to brag on Julia at the reception desk. He and all of the staff were so nice and helpful! One day, we went to Montserrat and wanted to know about the trains and how to get there. He helped us immensely. The next morning, we go to breakfast and he had printed off the train schedule and highlighted all the routes and times to Montserrat, along with circling the preferred route. We LOVED our stay here!!!

We had the best stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect — centrally located, making it easy to explore, yet it still felt safe and peaceful at night. The on-site restaurant was another highlight; we loved ending our evenings with cheesecake and a glass of cava. Above all, the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. They were always one step ahead of our needs, offering thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. Most impressively, on the day we checked out — which happened to be a holiday with street closures — the staff personally wheeled our luggage several blocks to meet our car. Their kindness and dedication went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
