We stayed one night with a group of 30 people in May 2025. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. It was quiet due to the double windows. The breakfast was extremely rich and filling. It is definitely worth the price paid. However, some guests staying on the second floor mentioned that the rooms were stuffy.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Omaima for her exceptional service and kindness during my stay. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The best I can say about this hotel is that it was adequate. The people on the desk are lovely, which is the best part of the experience. However, whilst my room was comfortable, and the bed very comfy, the bathroom in my room (707) smelt truly dreadful, making it difficult to stay in it for any length of time. I chose the hotel because of its location but it is not that central for those wanting to be close to the centre of Brussels.
