We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Everything was incredibly neat and spotless, you can tell the staff truly care about the guest experience. It felt like a little oasis of calm and order, which we deeply appreciated. We only stayed for one night, but we truly wished we could have stayed longer, we had such a restful and pleasant time. We’ve stayed in hotels in many different countries, but it’s rare to find such a great balance between a reasonable price and such high-quality service and comfort. This place truly exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Alejandro at the reception, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made our check-in process fast and smooth. His warm attitude made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. Thank you, Alejandro, for your kindness and support! Next time we visit, we will definitely choose this hotel again and again. We hope to see you soon! Really nice hotel in a good location with clean spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very helpful staff, particularly Alejandro who went above and beyond to help us. Close to the metro and on a busy bus route so great location.Nice little bar and small restaurant. Room service a tad expensive but it is a nice hotel and in the capital so its to be expected. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when im next in Madrid.
Travelled with two friends - we were delighted with the hotel - it's comfortable, spotless and has very friendly, helpful staff, with very good English. Alvarno and Alex were partially helpful, as were the check-in staff. Breakfast was very good. We were pleased that our request for rooms together was fulfilled. The location is great, only a short walk to the metro. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Thank you for making our stay so nice.
