The hotel was nice and small. The rooms were clean and tidy. However, the smoking smell in the room was unbearable. The rooms were missing tissue boxes, toothbrushes, and slippers, so we had to ask at the reception the next day to provide them. When we arrived at 2 a.m., sadly, the receptionist was disappointingly unwelcoming at all. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and the service was amazing.
The service was amazing, but I think the hotel is itself is a bit overpriced in the pictures. The pool seems to be so big, but it was tiny. Luckily, it’s not a big hotel. The location is also good. You’re close to most of the things or public transportation.
Avoid hotel at all costs. Hotel stated to be 'air-conditioned' however this air conditioning is apparently 'centralised' meaning that this is unable to be changed in any of the rooms. We had our 5 month old baby in the room with us (a fact of which the hotel was aware) in a room where the temperature was 26 degrees (with a fan and the windows open) - which was patently unsafe. Staff were incredibly, unhelpful, unsympathetic and this resulted in us cancelling our second booked evening. Despite the hotel manager agreeing that he would refund us for this second evening (via our agent), he is now claiming such an agreement was never reached.
