Good rooms, friendly service. Breakfast is amazing and you can get daily lunch which was also extraordinary! Very happy with our stay in this hotel!!

One of my worse experience ever. Couldn't get good rest with group of teenagers running around and shouting at the corridor till 2am. Old hotel, staff not very friendly overall. Location so,so. Far away from city centre but close to eateries within the residential area. Service at breakfast worst and pulled down the entire experience. We were seated by a waitress, not allowed to choose own table. We travelled in a family of 4. While waiting for other friends joining, we were told that we couldn't sit at where we were seated and the waitresses started to chase us away. They couldn't speak English at all and was very RUDE to customers. Insisted we were booked only 6.30am where our group is leaving at 10am. By 9am, they kept clearing our plates and drinks. (We were there at 8am) We may be coming as a tour group but still a paying guest. Being treated like this is unacceptable as a paying guests and totally unnecessary over table seating. The entire breakfast lounge was half emptied by the way! Absurd and unacceptable! Thank you for Emili's response and good that you acknowledge booking of table is not possible, where your restaurant staff firmly told us our group was booked 6.30am where we are unaware. As paying guests, we should be allowed to continue enjoying our breakfast beyond 9am and not being chased out by your staff.

On top of that, the temperature was uncomfortably warm, and there was no thermostat to adjust it, which made the stay even more unpleasant. For the price, I expected better comfort and amenities. Would not recommend for a restful stay.
