From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, setting a great tone for the stay. Breakfast was excellent — fresh options and a relaxed atmosphere. The team there was especially attentive and kind, always making sure guests were comfortable. The bar staff were just as impressive. They were quick, knowledgeable, and created a great vibe in the evenings with well-crafted drinks and friendly service. Overall, a smooth, pleasant experience with standout staff. I’d happily return❤️❤️.
We’ve stayed at this hotel before. The staff & service is always good. Staff are friendly & helpful. Big shout out to Adrian on reception. Super helpful & just a nice guy. Also, Dona, who kept our room clean each day. Location is in an easy walk to the Rambla area & airport bus. We’ll definitely stay here again. We’ve also stayed at another Catalonia hotel. Catalonia Plaza Catalunya, It’s equally as lovely.
My Experience at the Hotel – Not Worth 4 Stars • The room was very small, with no wardrobe at all. Clothes had to be hung on a hanger placed next to the sink. • There were no basic amenities like slippers, robe, or even extra towels. • I used my towel on the first day, and when I requested a clean one the next morning (around 9 AM), the receptionist said housekeeping wasn’t available and I needed to go to reception myself to get it. • Breakfast was very poor and served in a closed, uninviting area that felt like a garage. • The location took around 20 minutes on foot to reach Plaça de Catalunya. • Upon checkout, I asked for help with my luggage, and the receptionist told me no one was available to assist. Only after I expressed frustration did she agree to send someone. • Overall, the service and quality were far from what you’d expect at a 4-star hotel. • Not worth the price paid.
