Catalonia Puerta del Sol

I was pleasantly surprised by the neatness of this hotel. Everything, from the foyer to the bed and bathroom, was spotless and tidy. The corridors were also freshly painted. I stayed here for one night and was unable to use their restaurant, room service, or any other services, but I had a very nice stay and felt the location to be excellent. It's fairly close to the Grand Via and Plaza Mayor. There is a supermarket and a really great breakfast restaurant directly beside the hotel, as well as dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel truly excels in providing exceptional service to its guests. The staff demonstrates a remarkable level of attentiveness, ensuring every need is met with professionalism and efficiency. Despite its modest size, the hotel maintains the standards often associated with luxury accommodations. Therefore, it is certainly deserving of recognition for its commitment to outstanding hospitality. I wholeheartedly commend the team for their dedication and commitment to excellence. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable stay.

We had an amazing experienced as a family with this lovely hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and we were very satisfied. All the staffs were kind and very helpful. I think we gonna book again in this hotel soon as we plan to go back to Madrid soon. Thank you much guys for making our stay unforgettable! An awesome vacation in Madrid was indeed satisfying!
