I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were spotless—everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The attention to detail made the stay feel incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member was kind and professional, always ready to help. A special shout-out to Lucas, who went above and beyond. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes great pride in his work. From check-in to any assistance we needed, Lucas handled everything with care and a smile. If you're looking for a place with outstanding cleanliness and top-notch service, this hotel is absolutely the right choice. Highly recommended!

The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked great, the water pressure was wonderful, and the 3 beds were very comfortable. The pool was a great temperature and there were plenty of places to sit around the pool even during peak times. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Walking distance from great restaurants, shopping, and all the sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at Catalonia was superb! My little family of 4 enjoyed our 1 night stay and we were thoroughly impressed with the impeccable attention to detail and service. Everyone was basically a polyglot and spoke Spanish, French and English. It was easy to check in and we were welcomed with genuine smiles. Our first impression was lasting from the moment we stepped in and Manu & Edward greeted us. We will definitely be back and our stay next time will be longer only because of the way we were treated with small kids. We all felt seen, acknowledged and welcomed.
