Great experience again at the Catalonia Rigoletto. Service is superb and professional, breakfast is their strong point. Though not central, it is comfortably located next to metro stations. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. If I could only suggest shower facilities update. Thanks to all the girls at the reception, special mention to Miriam has always been nice, smiling and cheerful… and speaks Italian too :)
Excellent service with friendly staff. The breakfast is very delicious. Bit far from the more central parts of the city however the hotel is very close to public transportation. Highly recommended.
Anything positive about this hotel was overshadowed by the rooms being unbearably hot. For some reason there was no working AC and I had to ask 3 times before eventually getting a fan. Even then, the fan didn't help much, they really need to have AC on as the room was probably above 30 degrees C. The design of the windows meant you couldn't feel the air from outside either. Unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay.
