Here leaving today after 4 awesome nights. This is by far the best all inclusive I have visited, and I travel A LOT. It's small, polished, and well maintained. Pros- friendly service, clean, and updated. Sounds like other reviews poo poo on the air conditioning but I can tell you we had no problems. My girlfriend needs to sleep in an ice box and she couldn't say enough about go good it was. Cons - The Jacuzzi in the room took hours to fill.......that's it. Seriously, you need to come here. Honorable mentions - I never review the food at all inclusive because that's not what you come for. These resorts are cooking for thousands of people, you have to be ready for some lack luster things. However, the breakfast was awesome and the "beloved" restaurant was perfect. Now, the only other thing that was a slight let down was the beach. The sea weed was ON while we were here but that's just Mexico. The staff were working all day trying to get rid of it but it just kept coming. BUT the seating was shaded with palm trees and comfortable.
Really really good value all things considered. This place is very popular among Europeans. If you’re looking for a quick and cheap getaway, this is a really good spot. Decent haul from both airports but there’s a lot of transportation options that are fairly priced. I thought the food and restaurants that required a reservation were really tasty, and we didn’t have a problem getting a table. The beach and pool is nice and the bars are solid and quick. The entertainment staff does a good job, and they won’t bug you if you want to take it easy. Abraham is awesome! Only misses I thought they had were our key area not working when we went to our rooms, and they are supposed to deliver baggage, but it sat out for about an hour so I ended up grabbing it.
We stayed here for about four days—our first all-inclusive. Overall, like many reviews mention, this resort offers good value. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, so if you’re looking for a party vibe, this isn’t the place. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and accommodating to requests. The property felt clean and safe. That said, there are small improvements that could elevate the experience. The food was just okay—about a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 at best. Some dishes stood out, but the Italian restaurant was our least favorite, while the steakhouse was the best. Portions at the restaurants were small. The buffet had a decent variety, though some items could have been better. The “natural juices” seemed to be heavily sugared and processed compared to others we’ve had, and some fruits were not picked well/unripe. While drinks were included, if you’re not a heavy drinker, you might not get as much value as you’d expect. The rooms and some facilities are dated and could use modern updates. Our room also felt humid/damp. Daily entertainment was provided, but options were limited—additional activities like a game room (billiards, card table, etc.) or movie screenings would have been nice. Overall, this is a nice place with great staff and a relaxing atmosphere. A few touch-ups could make it even better for the future.
