Cataract Pyramids Resort

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are comfortably large with a sitting area and a deck. The large swimming pool was beautiful. Early mornings are a treat with the beautiful blue pool and the gardens. Breakfast had a huge spread of continental and freshly prepared eggs in various styles. The dining staff was helpful and courteous. The property is huge in terms of space. So the walking from the reception area to the rooms may take some time. Mosquitoes too were an issue. WiFi connectivity was slow in the rooms, better near the reception area. Overall, a pleasant experience ! Would recommend this place ! :)

I been 2 days ago. i spent 5 nights, the place is a beautiful and safe place, due to police security guard in reception. the staff are polite and friendly but English language can not understand everyone however it is not big drama. The rooms are ok but few thing are not perfect such like towels and toilet rolls are not enough . everyday i asked those things. the Breakfast was good and swimming pool was extremely nice .if swimming pool is open till 21:00 hrs it will be better. overall i really enjoy, thanks.

YOU HAVE TO READ THIS! Please listen to me if you are planning to book a room here. I stayed here for 2 days and if I honestly could give the place 0 stars, I would have. When I got there, they didn’t have my reservation even though I booked it almost 2 weeks in advance. I showed them my confirmation on my phone and they still told me if I wanted a room I had to pay and they would look into the issue. Since it was late at night, I ended up paying the room fee. Then we got to the room and it was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to call the staff to clean the room again. The breakfast service was cold and horrible. I will definitely never stay here again and if I had any recommendations to give, DONT STAY HERE EITHER! Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website. The pool is there ... but without any water.
