First of all. This is a two star hotel. My review is based on other two star hotels. It always surprises me to read reviews from people who seem to think they should have three or four star amenities for a two star price. This is a clean comfortable hotel with a great staff and a very good location. The nearby nightclub can be heard. The hotel thoughtfully provides foam earplugs. I didn’t need them. I could only hear the faintest baseline of the music. There were some loud tourists on the street at 3am, but they were gone pretty quickly.
This place is central and great to get around Dublin. I got a big room that sleeps upto 4 people as I was on vacation with 3 of my nieces and nephew. We got a room that was far away from the club so we didn't get disturbed by noise. So if you are noise sensitive, be sure to ask for the quiet wing. One thing I didn't like was that the morning refill was late. I waited till 10am to have a coffee refill and drinking water as they claimed the staff for that arrived late. But other than that, it's a decent and affordable place. I don't have the rooms photo, but the mirror selfie was taken inside there.
This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. There is a nightclub on the bottom floor of the hotel and not only is the music insanely loud, but the bass is pulsating throughout my entire body. The room is extremely hot and I can't open the window because the music from the nightclub would be even louder and more intense than it already is. There is literally no way I will be able to sleep before 3 am when the nightclub closes (I've read elsewhere that it closes at 4 am on weekends). DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.
