Caty Muine Beach Resort & Spa

Thank you soo much Ms Chump (sorry if misspelled), Ms Hanhi and all the staff for making my stay a forever memorable experience!!! In the lead up to Tet & my birthday I was invited to the tet staff party, learned how to make banh tet, & was gifted a beautiful birthday cake we all shared. Thank you for inviting me being part of the Ca Ty MBR family. 💖 The resort is located right on the beach. The beach is excellent for wind surfers! The grounds are meticulously maintained including sculptures, flower & herb garden. Rooms are very spacious with ocean, garden pool view. Breakfast choices are plenty! Motorbikes can be rented, bicycles are included. Great place for families as well!!

Everything was great! There 2 things I didn’t like. First, the floor of the room. It was sticky so I felt like it was dirty. That I could understand because the resort is very close to the beach. In addition, the buffet breakfast wasn’t great. Everything wasn’t fresh.

Really pretty hotell and location, pretty good food. Some staff are really nice and accommodating. The service in the restaurant is really slow. Everything seemed good until we were leaving. But when we were checking out, the housekeeper came down just as we were leaving and spread our bedsheets out on the table. They then demanded money for all the sheets because it was unwashable and stained… The sheets had a little shade of yellow because our sunscreen had come off on the sheets. A totally easy washable sunscreen that you would easy come out with just putting it in the washing machine. They said they would have to send to to a special cleaner to get the stains removed. Ended up paying because we had to leave, but Overall a really bad and degrading last impression. To be a 3 star hotell this was a very rude and unprofessional way to handle the situation. Really disappointed after having a good experience last year, will not be coming back here.
