Cavallino Lovely Hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cavallino for six days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. As a vegetarian with milk and soy allergies, dining can often be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Even during the festive dinners on December 24th and 25th, when the menu was fixed, they prepared a special menu just for me. Every meal felt thoughtful and carefully planned, and I truly appreciated their effort. Additionally, they made customized options for my breakfast and high tea every single day, making me feel incredibly valued and cared for. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with a lovely swimming pool and a serene atmosphere. I also enjoyed a massage during my stay, which was deeply relaxing and satisfying. What truly stood out, however, was the kindness and gentleness of the staff. Every interaction was warm and welcoming, and their genuine care made my stay even more special. The staff’s attention to detail, commitment to guest comfort, and kind demeanor truly set this hotel apart.
