If you were looking for quiet location for good sleep it would be perfect choice. McArthur designer outlet is just in walking distance from it and thus opportunity for chopping is certainly assured.

Upon arrival at the hotel and entering our booked room, we immediately noticed how stuffy it was. Naturally, I tried to turn on the ventilation and air conditioning, but neither of them worked. We immediately complained to the reception, and they told us to open the window. After two sleepless nights—since it's 30 degrees Celsius outside—we complained again. This time, the reception told us they could move us to a room on a lower floor where it might be less hot, but also informed us that they do not turn on the air conditioning or ventilation at all in their hotel. The rooms are average, and the staff is incapable of helping with anything. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Also, you can't go out on the balcony—they are locked "for your safety." It's a disgrace to pay for a 4-star hotel during your vacation and instead of relaxing and enjoying yourself, you're sweating and uncomfortable the whole time. It's impossible to sleep—it feels like we're in the last century.

Hotel was an overall disappointment. The only shining light is the staff. Beware before booking this hotel: The hotel says that AC works but IT DOES NOT! When we inquired about this on the reception we were told to "open the window". The ventilation in the hotel DOES NOW WORK at all. This is extremely significant as the bathroom is placed right next to the bed and the smells of bathroom never go away. The breakfast is good, you will find something different to eat every day. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, and the poor excuse they have as pillows will make your neck hurt every morning. I dont know who was bribed or drunk to give this hotel 4*, when it is at most 2*. Overall disappointing experience and will never repeat it again.
