Exceptional Service at The Cave Hotel From the moment we arrived at The Cave Hotel, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service from Alex at reception. From check-in to departure, Alex was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. Alex answered all our questions with a smile, gave us helpful tips about the local area, and Alex truly exceeded our expectations. The Cave Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and truly the perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt an incredible sense of calm and relaxation. The atmosphere was peaceful, the décor stunning, and every detail had clearly been thought through to create a luxurious and comfortable experience. It was so relaxing every moment felt like a treat and everything, from the room to the service, was simply perfect.

After our wedding, my new wife and I stayed in the Bridal Suite at The Cave Hotel in Faversham, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to end such a special day. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and luxurious. The staff were warm and welcoming (even though we turned up early hours of the morning), and they made sure everything was set up beautifully for us. Walking into the suite after such an stunning, exciting day was like stepping into a peaceful, private oasis. The suite itself is absolutely stunning. Spacious, stylish, and incredibly romantic, with a super king bed, ambient lighting, and a gorgeous freestanding bath. But the real standout for us was the private outdoor hot tub—sitting in it under the stars with a glass of champagne was the perfect way to unwind and take in everything that had just happened. The next morning, we had a fantastic breakfast in bed overlooking the grounds and reflected on our day. It was calm, quiet, and exactly what we needed after a hectic lead up to the wedding. We’re so glad we chose The Cave Hotel for our first night as a married couple. It was intimate, elegant, and completely unforgettable. If you’re getting married nearby or just want a romantic escape, we couldn’t recommend the Bridal Suite more highly.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately fell far below the standards expected from an experience-focused and premium-priced establishment. I had booked this stay to celebrate a special occasion with my partner , hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, I was met with a series of letdowns. The TV in our room wasn’t working at all. I could see other guests using screen mirroring and smart TV features from their rooms, yet ours had nothing functional. When I called reception to ask for a room with a working smart TV, I was met with resistance and poor service. I was told Netflix or YouTube should have been available, but they weren’t—and no one offered a meaningful solution. What made things worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and surprisingly rude given the setting and price point of the hotel. For a hotel that markets itself as an “expensive,” this stay was upsetting and far from relaxing. This was a meaningful occasion for me and my parent, and I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and let down. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve both your amenities and your customer service standards moving forward.
