Cavendish

My daughter and I stayed there for four nights and it was just great for the two of us. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the underground and venues where we planned to visit (less than a mile). The room was comfortable for the time of year (there is no a/c) and all staff were very kind. We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable basics for travel.

Hotel is in perfect location to quickly reach any location in (central) London. The price of stay has great ratio between price and quality. The breakfast was good enough to fill up for a couple of hours of quite intense activity (fast walking while visiting landmarks, museums and galleries). The lost star is because of the windows in my room (110). I could constantly feel the cold air from outside coming through the cracks in the sealings, that paint tape couldn't fix. Despite this issue, I will definitely come back to stay here next time I will be in London.

It was all right for one night. Nothing special. The room was clean. There are only a few things that disturb me. First the shower was not high enough for me (1,90 m tall) every time I came into the room it was extremely hot inside. A when I layed down onto the bed I felt the extreme heat is coming from the walls at the bottom of the bed. I don’t know what it is but all in all it was a good stay. And if i am back in London for only one night I could imagine to rebook that room.
