Caves Beach Resort Hurghada

Just came back after a really enjoyable 2 week stay. What can I say.. the room perfect cleaned daily and a new animal made daily for end of my bed! Cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Staff at this hotel were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. We sat by bettys bar almost daily. The staff were brilliant especially ramon, the man you gave you your towel daily was fantastic. Food at bettys bar was the best.. chicken burger and chips were the best. The pool was cleaned daily and was really clean. Food up at the main restaurant had a lovely selection of foods. Which were all named and was delicious. The entertainment in the evening was brilliant. From the moment we checked in until the time we left everyone went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Thank you to each and everyone of you at caves resort. Will definitely see you again next year

I have just got back from a week at the caves and the only negative I have is that a week wasn’t enough! I had a Royal Swim up room (1040) and it was stunning! The room itself is huge, clean and comfortable. The swim up pool was warm ( I usually hate pools as always feel the cold) but this was beautiful. I didn’t use the main pool which I believe is heated, so can’t comment on that, or the entertainment around that pool but the swim up was perfect for us! The food was decent but we did prefer to eat at Bettys snack bar than the main AI buffet, however there were plenty of options daily. The staff can’t do enough for you. Very welcoming and chatty even though they work so hard in crazy heat! There is not much to do outside the resort but a 30 min uber and your in the heart or it all! Gym looked amazing, but I was there to relax not work out so skipped this part! I’d go back in a heartbeat. Loved it!

Our stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, but there were some important downsides. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The food was good and varied. Also, the staff was extremely polite and professional – definitely one of the hotel’s best aspects. However, there were a few things that left us disappointed: • The WiFi was very weak, especially in the room. • The fridge didn’t cool properly. • The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it uncomfortable. • Some activities organized by the hotel required extra payment, which wasn’t made clear from the beginning. • The drinks were mostly ice and very little actual beverage – this was quite disappointing. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for relaxation and nice views, but a few improvements are definitely needed for a better overall experience.
