Cavo Orient Beach Hotel

We decided to spend one week at this hotel in June, and it turned out to be the best holiday we had this year! Even though the hotel is situated a bit far from the crowded area, it was absolutely worth it. The rooms were spotless — and I’m a cleaning freak — so I was thrilled with how often the staff cleaned the rooms and changed the bed sheets. The pool area was immaculate, and the small beach was cute and, of course, perfectly clean. The hotel staff were very professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. The food was amazing. Zakynthos is so great! We can’t wait to come back! ⸻

My husband and I have come for our honeymoon and our 4 year anniversary. This is the most amazing place I have ever been to. Everyone who works here has made our time here so special and they have all been incredibly kind, helpful and fun. The honeymoon suite (Euphoria) is where we are staying and it is amazing. When we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and kindness. We were taken to our suite to find champagne, wine and charcuterie boards (multiple!) with balloons and a special note for us. I cried with happiness, it was perfect. We wanted to get swim gear for the ocean like googles and sea shoes, Kiki who works in guest relations went above and beyond getting them for us, we didn’t have to lift a finger! We have felt so cared for here. We’ve only been here for 3 days and those 3 days have been a memory I will never forget. Luckily! We are still here for another 5 days! Yay! For our anniversary dinner, all of the staff went to the biggest effort to create an extremely romantic setting for us. It was magical. The chef made us a special meal from grilled prawns and fruit salad, sea bass ceviche, lobster pappardelle to homemade baklava. Kiki especially went above and beyond to plan this for us. The food, service with amazing conversation and laughs was incredible and I am eternally grateful. We immediately wanted our waiter to sit with us! Every morning and throughout the day at the buffet, Chris and Yanis always had great conversations with us and big smiles which always makes our day. Any time we went to the bar to get all inclusive drinks (which was a lot of the time) George made us smile and some incredible drinks. Our favourite is the Pina Colada, 100%! I am so excited for the rest of our time here and seeing the blue caves tomorrow! Thank you to everyone for being apart of such a special time in our lives. We will definitely be coming back and I hope anyone who reads this comes here too!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities and amenities were certainly nice, what truly made this experience memorable was the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, every team member I encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where genuine hospitality takes center stage. Sometimes the most beautiful amenities can't compare to the warmth of truly exceptional service, and this hotel delivers that in spades.
